Accountability is one of the pillars that creates success in CrossFit and you can only be held accountable from someone that knows who you are and what your goals are! 5:00am until 8:30pm. (During that time we offer five morning classes and four evening classes)

8:00, 9:00, and 10:00am
Each day you will see 3 different workouts listed on the whiteboard: “Comp,” “Sport,” and “Fitness.” A detailed discussion of all 3 tracks is beyond the scope of this document, so please talk with one of our coaches about which suits you. In general, “Comp” stands for Competitive, and is programming written for those wishing to compete in the sport of fitness (CrossFit Games). It involves more Olympic lifting and advanced gymnastics movements than the other tracks, and in general is for athletes that have been training for at least 1 year. “Sport” is a hybrid program that focuses on weight training and metabolic conditioning to create an all around well-balanced athlete. “Fitness” is for those wishing to focus on metabolic conditioning to create lean and strong bodies.
With (1) Level-3 certificate holder AND (5) Level-2 certificate holders on the coaching staff we are fully loaded with knowledge and experience.
We care, about EVERYONE. No one is left out of a class at 12th State CrossFit, from the Regional/Games competitor to the first timer, we will encourage and coach you all the same!
We are humble. Coaches at 12th State CrossFit will always put your training above their own. We are in the business of making you fit and happy, not telling you about our PRs.
You will receive daily coaching and corrections that will allow you to move better and safer. If you feel lost in the shuffle at your current gym, come give us a try.

Over the past 4 years 12th State CrossFit has developed a brand and reputation to go along with that brand. The reputation is built off of our athletes “Bill of Rights”:
- Every athlete deserves a clean and tidy facility
- Attend a class lead by a courteous and knowledgeable coach
- Prompt correspondence to questions and concerns
- Be kept up to date on all programming and events at 12th State
- Consistent policies that are applicable to all members rather than special rules for a select few.
