Endurance

Our primary goal with our CrossFit Endurance Program is to help you build your capacity in each of the energy systems. For your training inside of the CrossFit gym and out. This program is perfect for clients crosstraining for an endurance race, and also those individuals who just love a good sweat without having to fuss with weight training. You can get all of that at 12th State CrossFit, but in this class we focus on running, rowing, and biking!

You will have the opportunity to work on developing short quick bursts, middle distance intervals, and long aerobic pieces. Strategy and pacing will be a large part of each workout. Hopefully, with the knowledge and practice of these skills, it will carry over, not only to CrossFit but to any endurance sports. Very rarely will you see exercises outside of running, rowing, biking or burpees.”

Endurance is held Thursday @ 6:00am, 4:30pm, & 5:30pm 

Endurance is free of charge for Unlimited 12th State CrossFit Members, limited memberships can purchase classes $20 per occurrence here.

Mobility

Yoga / Mobility

Our primary goal with our Yoga Program is to help you focus on recovery between CrossFit sessions by stretching muscle tissue and increasing range of motion. We all know how important mobility is to our day-to-day life and that is why we include it in your membership free of charge. Our Yoga class normally includes a 20-30 minute flow routine and a 20-30 minute focused mobility routine to work out the soreness from the week.”

Yoga is held Thursday @ 6:30-7:30pm 

Yoga is free of charge for Unlimited 12th State CrossFit Members, limited memberships can purchase classes $20 per occurrence here.

Teens

For ages 12-18, this program was created to build physical skills such as; strength, agility, power, flexibility, accuracy, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, stamina and speed. This program will also develop a mentally sound athlete, by having them train in an environment of accountability, teamwork, and responsibility. Our training atmosphere and knowledgable staff will help build your teen’s confidence through challenging workouts and skill progressions.”

CrossFit Teens will meet on Tuesday @ 7:30-8:30pm

Open Gym

Open Gym

Our facility is unique in the sense that we always offer a staffed open gym period from the start of our first class to the end of our last class. Monday – Friday. This allows our athletes and visitors to have access to the facility and equipment with limited restrictions. This Open Gym time is perfect to work on a new skill and/or get in a little additional work or personal programming (insert a link to Personal Programming Page). We do offer designated times strictly for Open Gym:

Monday-Wednesday & Friday: 10:00am- 3:30pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Monday-Wednesday: 7:30pm-8:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am-12:00pm

12th State offers a $100 per month Open Gym ONLY membership.

Personal Training

If you are looking to tackle an individual goal or fitness achievement, this is the BEST WAY to get it done. Training under the undivided attention and direction from our professional and experienced coaching staff, we know we can help you achieve your goals. We offer (2) type of personal training:

(60) minute personal training sessions

This is a perfect opportunity to get in a great workout that is created just for you and your goals. Even if you just want to do today’s Workout of the Day (WOD) under the guidance of our staff, this would be the perfect setting for that.
This is also a time that a coach could create a dedicated personal program and walk you through it step-by-step.

(30) minute skill sessions

These sessions are built to tackle one movement in a 30 min block. This will give your coach time to properly warm you up, run you through relevant and specific drills for the movement you are working on. From working to get your first handstand, muscle-up or double-under to cleaning up your form and technique in your Olympic lifts with drills and video review and analysis.

Individualized Programming

Personal Programming at 12th State is built specifically for the individual. No matter, your goals or aspirations, we have the knowledge, experience, and programs to help you reach your goals. Our personal programming regimen will always start with a free 20-minute consultation so our general manager can take notes on your goals and set you up with the perfect coach for your needs. Then we will form a full program for you to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

Personal Programming rates vary due to the individual nature of the client’s needs, we will have a quote on your training after you meet up for a free 20-minute consultation.
