Bryce was born and raised in Connecticut and attended college close by in New Hampshire, playing soccer for 4 years at Keene State College. His days training for soccer allowed him to make an easy transition to CrossFit, where he has had the opportunity to compete in the sport of fitness for several years. As an athlete, he qualified for CrossFit regionals 4 years in a row, and in 2018 earned the title of Fittest Male CrossFit Athlete in North Carolina (2018 Open). Most importantly, he enjoys taking what he’s learned from competition to help the members of 12th State succeed in their own fitness endeavors.
When not training in the gym, Bryce works full time as an Occupational Safety and Health Engineer in RTP. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter at their home in North Raleigh.
