Membership Hold

Please note that this is not a cancellation / termination request.

A membership “hold” freezes your membership for the dates that you select. Common reasons might include injuries, traveling, or increased work responsibilities. The minimum time period for a hold is 2 weeks and the maximum time period is 3 months.  During the hold period, you will not be billed.  When your membership re-starts, your billing cycle will resume.  Your billing date will then be shifted back by the number of days in the hold period (unless holding for exactly 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months, in which it will stay the same).  You will not be charged for the time that you are on hold.
