A membership “hold” freezes your membership for the dates that you select. Common reasons might include injuries, traveling, or increased work responsibilities. The minimum time period for a hold is 2 weeks and the maximum time period is 3 months. Please note that this is not a termination request, and you will still be billed as scheduled on your normal date. The days covered in your hold period will be added on to the end of your contract without additional charge. There is a limit of 3 membership hold requests per calendar year.
