$215 per month (month to month)

Amenities
  • Access to 3 CF-L3 Trainers and 6 CFL-2 Trainers (most in Raleigh)
  • Ability to choose from our three workout paths (competition, sport, and fitness) every hour
  • Access to all 46 CrossFit classes per week
  • Access to all open gym hours (10:00 am to 3:15 pm Monday to Friday)

Class Pack Option:  10 Classes for $215

Open Gym Option (10:00 am to 3:15 pm Monday to Friday):  $120 per month

CrossFit Kids and Teens
Membership (Ages 9-11 and 12-15)


$180 - 12 session class pack (1 year expiration)

Nutrition Coaching

Personal Training

Single session:  $85 for 60 minutes.

Multi-session rate for 5 or more sessions:  $75 for 60 minutes.

Group rates are available at a discounted rate as well.

This Sunday, Coach Whitney will be leading a special class as part of her journey toward earning her CrossFit Level 4 certification, the highest coaching credential offered by CrossFit!

⏰ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
👥 Limited to 10 athletes (Sign Ups are Open Now)
As part of the evaluation process, the class will be recorded and submitted to a mentor. This is a huge step in CrossFit and we'd love to have all 10 spots filled up!

The workout includes:
• Toes to Bar
• Box Jump Overs
• Hang Dumbbell Snatches
Love those movements? Awesome.
Need modifications for any of them? Even better.
