New to CrossFit?
Email email@example.com to schedule your free 20 minute consultation with our head coach Cliff Kohut. We want to learn more about you and your fitness goals so that we can appropriately assess your needs. If you do not have prior experience, we require a series of individual or small group training sessions prior to starting. The goal is to help you learn basic techniques so that you can stay safe and injury-free as you enter our regular training sessions.
Group sessions are currently held at 5:00am, 6:00am, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm. These classes will be held in sequence on Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday. Please show up 10 minutes early if possible.
Individual sessions will be scheduled at your convenience and will require one-week advanced notice.
