For ages 12-18, this program was created to build physical skills such as; strength, agility, power, flexibility, accuracy, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, stamina and speed. This program will also develop a mentally sound athlete, by having them train in an environment of accountability, teamwork, and responsibility. Our training atmosphere and knowledgable staff will help build your teen’s confidence through challenging workouts and skill progressions.”
