Kendall is a North Carolina native, growing up as a competitive cheerleader and swimmer.  During her time at NC State, she was a member of the wolfpack’s cheerleading squad.

Kendall is a long time 12th State member and coach.  After competing in CrossFit for many years, she has now shifted her focus to competing in the sport of Olympic weightlifting.  She is a nationally ranked weightlifter for Team USA and recently won a gold medal at the 2021 American Open.  She would love to share her knowledge of weightlifting with you!

Kendall enjoys hanging out with her best friend, Rogue, an adorable golden retriever!
