Challenge yourself to the rates on the AB/Rower… even if you can only sustain 20-30 secs there…. that is the point.
If you are “”good”” at double unders then try for ONE max UB set… if you are getting them… then just accumulat 45 secs of practice.
For the man makers…. go heavier rather than lighter.
